Privacy policy Updated 11 August 2026
What this site knows about you
Short version: one anonymous cookie, no account, no third-party trackers, and the only words of yours that are kept are the answers you choose to write.
What is stored
On your first visit this site puts one cookie on your device, holding a random identifier. It carries no name, no email address and nothing that identifies you personally. It exists so that your votes and saved cards are still here when you come back.
Against that identifier we record which cards you saw, how you voted, what you saved, what you shared, which exercises you marked as done, how you reacted, and roughly how long each card was on screen.
Answers you write
One question cards let you write an answer. Those are the only words from you that this site keeps, and the only thing here that other people can read. An answer appears straight away, with no name attached, because we do not have one.
Write nothing you would not put on a public page: your answer sits on that card's own web page from the moment you send it, where anybody can read it. Email us the wording if you want yours taken down, and we will remove it.
Why any of it is kept
Two reasons. Your saves and votes need somewhere to live, and we want to know which cards are worth keeping. A card nobody saves is a card we should rewrite.
Poll results are only ever shown as a percentage across everyone who answered, and reactions only ever as a count. How you personally voted or reacted is never shown to anybody else.
Who else sees it
Nobody. There is no third-party analytics on this site, no advertising trackers and no social media pixels. Nothing about your visit is sent to another company.
Every link in this app goes to something Treehouse Innovation runs: our own writing, our free tools, Sprintbase, i2skills, i2 Outcomes and the Innovation Toolkit. You are never handed to an advertiser, to a tracking network, or to a company you have not heard of.
Those links carry a tag saying the visit came from this feed, so we can tell which cards are worth writing more of. Each of those sites has its own privacy policy once you arrive.
Getting rid of it
Clear this site's cookies in your browser and the link between you and that identifier is gone. What remains is anonymous counting: that somebody voted for a given option, with nothing pointing back to you.
